Parishioners from throughout the diocese gathered with Bishop Curtis Guillory, SVD, Sept. 15 at the St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, Beaumont, to celebrate a special Mass for the intentions of all the faithful who are supporting the Bishop’s Faith Appeal.
During Mass, Bishop Guillory thanked all in attendance for supporting the Bishop’s Faith Appeal and reminded them that this is a group effort.
“To forgive and love as Jesus did is difficult. It absolutely is. That is why we must remember that we cannot do it alone,” Bishop Guillory said.
